Tae is an Accredited Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, having completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of Sydney. Drawing on the combined clinical skills and experience from both disciplines—and guided by a strong passion for preventative health—Tae excels at helping individuals who may feel unsure about where to begin their health journey. His evidence-based approach empowers clients to manage pain, restore muscle function, return safely to meaningful activities, and most importantly, achieve long-term injury prevention and health outcomes.

Tae has a special interest in:

  • Injury & Return to Sport Rehabilitation: Acute and chronic injuries, pre- and post-operative care
  • Exercise-Based Treatment: Supporting the achievement of long-term functional and health goals Neck &
  • Lower Back Pain: Symptom relief with a focus on preventing recurrent injuries
  • Chronic Disease Management: Including osteoarthritis and metabolic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol
  • Sports Performance & Injury Prevention: Outcome-driven treatments, biomechanical analysis, and tailored exercise programming

Tae has worked in a wide range of health, exercise, and physiotherapy settings from:

  • 6+ years of clinical physiotherapy and exercise physiology experience
  • Strength & conditioning expertise across the general population, athletes, and rehabilitation clients
  • Experienced Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor
  • Over 20 years of soccer experience as a player and coach
  • Sports physiotherapy coverage for major Sydney events (City2Surf, Blackmores Running Festival)
  • Sports science and strength & conditioning support for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles (First Grade and Jersey Flegg teams)
  • Master of Physiotherapy – University of Sydney
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) (Honours) – University of Sydney
  • Accredited Physiotherapist (AHPRA) & Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)
  • Dry Needling – Level 1
