Our AMS strength programs have been developed by our leading experts for maximal benefit in minimal time. Post exercise, strength training continues to burn calories.

HIGH INTENSITY

AMS High Intensity Interval Training is the fastest and most efficient way to get fit, lose weight and tone up. Each class offers a variety of exercise stations maximising your work rate.

BOXING

AMS Boxing is a fun and interactive way to get fit and strong. You will be taught corrective techniques to ensure your risk of injury is minimal. Bring a friend along to partner up with.

PILATES

Our AMS Pilates classes are designed by our coaches to target your abdominals, pelvis and lower back strength and stability through mat based Pilates exercises.

STRETCH & RELEASE

AMS Stretch and Release incorporates training principals such as myofascial release to help reduce muscular tension and ensure your body remains well balanced.
