William Cen


William is passionate about returning all of his clients back to meaningful activities and achieving their goals. His treatment plans are individualised and evidence-based to achieve fast pain relief and to get you back to what you love doing.
He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Before arriving at Active Movement Studio, he has had extensive experience managing high level athletes across many ball sports. He has been the head physio for a semi-professional rugby league team and a team physio for a NPL1 Men’s soccer team in the last 2 years. He has also
worked with many high performing athletes for Netball NSW, Waratah Rugby 7’s and Premier AFL Sydney teams. He is an ASCA level 1 strength and conditioning coach with a strong interest in improving athletic performance across any athletes involved in ball sports. William has played basketball and volleyball at a representative and social level.

Apart from treating an athletic population, his experience working at St George Hospital (Kogarah) makes him well equipped to rehabilitate patient’s post-surgery and also patients with neurological and respiratory conditions. Drawing from his diverse experience, he can treat a wide variety of conditions and in particular chronic conditions. William also received the opportunity to work as a Physiotherapist with the Royal Flying Doctor Service in very remote locations around Broken Hill.

William is looking to further his education in 2021 by becoming a level 2 S&C Coach. On his days off he loves to be outdoors on a hike or playing beach volleyball.
