AMS Strength Classes
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
AMS Strength and conditioning classes gets you stronger through a personalised program. Each participant goes through a thorough biomechanical, postural and strength assessment to ensure its safe, effective and efficient.
AMS Pilates
CORE STRENGTH
AMS Pilates is the focus on active spinal movement and core stability. Taught in a small class format each person is assessed by one of our health professionals to ensure the safest progression through the pilates program.
