Backed by a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science and over six years of hands-on coaching experience, Laura brings a dynamic, science-led approach to performance, rehab, and movement education. Growing up as a competitive National Gymnast, Laura’s passion for movement and sport began early—and never slowed down. Her background has shaped her specialty in Gymnastics Strength Training (GST), performance conditioning, and injury rehabilitation, with a strong focus on biomechanics, women’s health, and healthy ageing.
