Jill is a Senior Physiotherapist who combines international experience, Clinical Pilates, and evidence-based rehabilitation to help you recover from injury, build strength, and return to movement with confidence.
Jill Vora is a dedicated Senior Physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, and strength & mobility training. I have worked with athletes and the general population to optimise recovery, prevent injury, and improve functional performance. I am passionate about evidence-based practice and empowering clients through personalised rehabilitation plans.
Jill is passionate about helping clients recover from injury, improve performance, and build confidence through evidence-based treatment, personalised rehabilitation, and strength- and mobility-focused care. Her experience spans private practice, athlete rehabilitation, on-field sports support, and multidisciplinary clinical settings, allowing her to work effectively with both active individuals and the general population. With a warm and empowering approach, Jill is committed to guiding each client towards long-term recovery, resilience, and better movement.
